Output Terms of Service
Last updated September 7, 2026.
These terms govern your use of Output, at output.social and in the Output iOS app.
The service
Output lets you connect your YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook Page, Bluesky, X, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts to read comments, mentions and messages in one inbox, reply from there, publish posts to some or all of them at once, and see how your posts did. Creating an account and connecting your platforms is free. Reading the inbox, replying, publishing and the AI features require a paid subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for what you publish and send through Output. You must have the rights to any content you upload, and you must follow each platform's own terms of service. Connecting a platform through Output does not exempt you from its rules: by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Keep your sign-in to yourself; one person per account.
Subscriptions
On the web, paid plans are $5 a month or $50 a year, billed through Stripe, with a 7-day free trial. In the iOS app, plans are billed by Apple at the price shown in the App Store and managed in your Apple ID settings. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial periods. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's policy.
Availability
Output depends on Google, Meta, Bluesky, X, LinkedIn and TikTok's own APIs and on their approval of Output as an app. If a platform changes or restricts its API, a feature may break or stop working until we can adapt. Until a platform's review of Output is complete, some of its features may be limited: Google shows an unverified-app notice when you connect YouTube, and TikTok keeps posts private. These limits are outside our control.
Termination
You can disconnect any platform in Accounts or delete your account in Settings at any time. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam, credential sharing, attempts to circumvent rate limits) or violate a connected platform's terms.
Liability
Output is provided as-is. We're not liable for lost posts, missed comments or messages, or account actions taken by a connected platform (suspension, content removal) as a result of content you chose to publish.
